What the buildings mean

Every storefront shows how settled that helper’s lane is. Low levels are growing, not failing.

Level 4 · Corner building with a lit sign — settled lane.

Level 3 · Full storefront with a KPI in the window.

Level 2 · Small shop with an Open sign.

Level 1 · Pop-up cart — just getting started.

Demo data: every status and open item in this town is illustrative. The real one reads from private files and never shows up here.

Each helper has a dot at their storefront level (1–4). The building’s look matches. Low levels read as growing.
